MANOLO MADDELA

Manolo Maddela III is an in-house attorney and a real estate investor.  His practice pertains primarily to Mergers and Acquisitions and Regulatory Compliance.  Manolo has also successfully handled intellectual property, real estate, and immigration cases.  He has gained technical business experience from his work with insuretechs, Tokio Marine, Farmers Insurance, and Mercury Insurance in: Claims, Information Technology, Underwriting, Product Management, and Compliance.  Manolo also serves as a member of various boards for (501(c)(3) and subsidiaries of public companies.  As a real estate investor he is actively engaged in the property management and the actual build itself (securing permits and overseeing construction).  During law school, Manolo was a member of the Journal of International Law (Law Journal) and a finalist of the 1L Oral Arguments competition.
